Dear Parents and Players,

Westmoreland Hockey Association is pleased to announce our rosters for the 2020-21 hockey season. We understand that the results will bring both great excitement to some families while equally significant disappointment to others.

At the end of the day, we hope that everyone in our organization recognizes that a great deal of time, effort and energy went into the selection process. Roster selection was done with the best interest of the players and teams involved.

Due to the unique circumstances with August tryouts and a condensed schedule to start the season, we are adjusting our notification and acceptance process for this season. As such, we will presume that all players accept their roster selection. If you DO NOT wish to accept the roster selection, please send an email to WHAtryouts@gmail.com and decline the offer by tomorrow, August 18, 2020 at 9:00 p.m.

To be sure, we hope that each player and family will accept their offer and remain a part of this organization. For those that choose to move in a different direction, we wish you good luck and success in your hockey journey.

As described in the Player Evaluation and Selection Manual, anyone who wishes to have feedback regarding the placement of their player can make a request to Coaching Coordinator Denny Zeravica (dzeravica@comcast.net). Upon receipt of the request, an evaluation committee member will work to prepare an email with responsive feedback to your inquiry.
